Well Stihl calls for 50:1 and echo calls for 40:1 so I run 40:1 in everything and the stihls have lived 25 years without problems. Ran an echo blower one time on 50:1 and had the privelge of buying a rebuild--had to wonder why since that almost the cost of a new one. 100:1? I don't think so.
