Saw dave2's post about sagging pants and the younger generation. I didn't want to hijack his thread, but I have question along the same lines.
I've seen so many "older" guys who just wear coveralls all the time. They have short sleeved ones for summer and long sleeved ones for winter and some even have newer ones they only wear for going to town. There is usually some kind of elastic belt/waistband to go with it.
At what age do men decide it is just too much work to put on pants AND a shirt and decide to just wear coveralls (not bibs) all the time?
I'm not criticizing. Only poking a little fun at how folks decide what is "fashionable" or "acceptable". These guys look like they have worked all of their lives and certainly have earned the right to wear whatever they want. I'm only 35 and I hope to get to whatever age it is I can start wearing them all the time!
On another note, do you suppose these saggy pants kids will still be wearing them like that when they are 80?
