It all comes down to this:
You can be sued IF a kid gets hurt on your farm.
And the LAW clarifies it for you, just so that when a kid does get hurt they can say "see here is the law in black and white"
If it is your kid or grandkid then be prepared to be sued by who ever for any accident.
I would think that most kids dont give a rip about the law when it comes to making money, but if they get hurt.......the ambulance chasing lawyers crawl out of the sewers.
