I spec your insurance will total the car and take what the other 2 CO. pay them... You loose either way...
I would cash the 4K check its your money,,, let the car sit in storage for as long as it takes the other CO. to make a agreeable offer... While its in storage it eats :wink: It will not take them long to figger it out...
