Does it have a frame that goes essentially around the whole outside of it? Does the frame have
runners on each side? Does the adjustment lever allow you to set the depth from fairly deep to
clear out of the ground?

If these answers are all yes, it is probably a pull behind spring tooth harrow. It is simply
hitched to the drawbar with a short chain and a clevis.
