Haven't checked in for two or three days, been kinda busy, but had to check in tonight 'cause I figured Larry would have some pix of the snow. Man, I feel for you folks! No wonder there are so many power lines down, the leaves on the trees really catch the snow! Turned on the heat last night. Wednesday it was around 75 deg. Yesterday and today it barely made 50! Every year it gets more difficult to put up with cold weather.

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
