Ontario Hydro are a Bunch of Idiots...they made deals to pay for kilowatt hours based on the cost of a panel that will produce a kilowatt hour,however, the cost of the panels has dropped to about half of what it was even three or four years ago...so now they want to pay less to the producer of that kilowatt hour,they point at Europe and say the costs of electricity are coming down there.... So Hydro started off paying something like 71 cents a kilowatt hour and selling it for 4.5 cents,being surplus power to the grid..makes a lot of sence!!!..they also say they have to have more generating facilities to supply customers at off times..like at night! Its no wonder we have problems with power in Ontario...Managers and CEO with salaries in the six figures or more!
