I had to haul off some large actual garbage metal. The stuff was truely beyond repair, mostly appliances. While I was at the yard, I saw a Cockshot, what looks like a 20. Everything was there, and it was awaiting the melting pot. I couldn't help think but do they even know what they are getting ready to meltdown into Hondas? My wife isn't thrilled about the work I am doing with My Case/DaveBrown 990, so trying to get it would be foolish, but I understand what you mean. I have gotten plenty of good stuff from trash. I had a Brunner Compressor, I pulled out of a field in Lockport, NY. My trailer is a reconditioned one that sat in another field. My disc plow, and several others are just stuff that I find & fix. A lot of times I don't need what I'm working on, like a Manure spreader, I'm trying to aquire, but I love those old machines.
