I forgot to say i'm sorry for your loss, but after reading some of the other posts, let me give you some advice, since ive been in your shoes more than once.Sounds like with the lawyers involved, youve already got headaches , but i will offer this. If youve got other heirs get together with them and have them help you with the list, play fair dont try to put something over on anyone,if theres something that a certain person wants for sentmental reasons ,list it!let the lawyer know. he can work it out to everyones satisfaction. Its a bad thing when lawyers have to get involved in this stuff, most often they are the only ones who come out winners. But its better for them to mediate this stuff often times than family members. Too often families get so wrapped up in this stuff that it splits them apart, when in the end its nothing but scrap iron, plastic, and firewood anyway. Sounds as if your trying to do right, but if at all possible get the rest involved, keep them informed, of who what when and where. Sure will save a lot of problems down the road. Been there done it.
