"young people......figuring a fair price for themselfs and the tennant" neither you nor any other young person, needs to figure a fair price for the rest of us, supply and demand will do that on it own. But thanks for offering. "investors and landowners see $$ signs and don't care" what is wrong with that ? Most that want to farm will not, that is life. Talk to the bank and landowners about your dreams if you want to, feel free to have a bad attitude when doing it. Let us know how it works out.
