If you don't respect yourself, your property, or your rights, why would you expect anyone else to???? There was a time folks didn't even have fences. But they didn't have forums to come to for coddling by likeminded folks. They worked things out over a cup of coffee or a shovel handle and moved on....
Better ask him if you can uce them stays before you buy them.......
