I Sold a John Deere snowmobile to a guy a few states away December 2010 for $500, he sent a check for $400 and was to pay the last $100 on pickup, he asked if I could keep it there for a month so he had time to get it, he would email a few times at first "coming to get next week" and nothing, its been 8 months and finally said will be there Thursday to get it then canceled, I have emailed him many times and wont reply, I have stored it here almost a year now and has to go I wanted it gone last December! what would you do?
