I LOST THE SPRING OFF THE CARB ON MY 53 FORD JUBILEE. IS IT A VITAL PART? IT STILL RUNS OK BUT SUCKS ALOT OF GAS. DOES IT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE GOVERNOR? ANY ANSWERS OR SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
