Jimmy, STOP! Don't Screw up a perfectly good and valued 4020! by going at something the wrong way. The 4020 rearend was not designed to handle that kind of HP!! maybe 130/140 no where near 300 Go find a good old 5020/6030 or a 4520/4620, Do a 466 swap or send it Kinze and have a 318 Detroit DSL swap put in it! You will still have a 300 HP or close to it in a row crop platform!!! Your 4020 it highly prised today by Northern Farmers who need a winter Chore Tractor to feed cattle or grind feed! There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
