There is no sealer that will work without a water pump to move the coolant around so the sealant just wont be able to get to the leak in the radiator. You can try but it will just go to the bottom and set there. If its just small like you say try and use some rubber cement apply at the area where it seeps and it should work. You can find good used ones for around 100 which tractor do you have.
