This problem has been plaguing this transmission ever since the day it was converted from a 3-speed to the four-gear style.
Don't know anything about your truck, don't know the miles and can't "feel" the shift, but if it ONLY OCCURS on the 1-2 shift and throttle position makes absolutely no difference, I'd sure be for looking at that 1-2 accumulator housing area for a hard part failure.
I posted a picture for you in your earlier post about this (an old 4L60 photo). This housing lives right behind the step motor on the right side of the truck.
Drop this housing down using a 10mm socket on the three little bolts and inspect the cushion spring (probably broken), piston and seals. Make sure the piston is not cracked and that the hole is not egg-shaped.
