showcrop, Guys,, Slightly different, At age 51(3 yrs ago) RS in March, LS in Dec 08 I had Both Shoulders REPLACED, not repaired. I lived with pain at levels that would drive most people insane for 10 yrs I just wasn't sure about doing it as the people I visited with had mixed results. Finely found the right Dr, Followed his instruction the the letter and have had no problems with them. No I do not dig post holes any more by hand and a few other things like that. But My Dr. in Austin Tx is the Man as far as I am concerned. Hope this helps! Later, John A.
