Hay Larry; I welded a 3PT hookup on my splitter for easy transport and to raise it up so I don't have to bend over. If you look closely at the pic, you will see that there is a seat attached to this splitter. We had an elderly family member who was in awe of how easy this machine split wood and loved pushing the lever and see the blocks open up, so I welded the seat bracket on and found the pan seat to bolt to it. Now days when my wife is well enough to help, she sits on the seat and runs the lever, or otherwise when I am alone the lever an easy arm reach for me. (( BOY IF I HAD A BUCK FOR EVERY PEICE OF FIRE WOOD I HAVE SPLIT WITH THIS SPLITTER. PURCHASED 1973?))
