I've used it over the years both as hay and pasture. It doesn't yeild as well in hay as other alfalfas but on pasture, I really like it.
It keep growing and stays around for many years. I have one field where the creeping variety has been in place for around 20 years and counting. Its a heavy use pasture and still continues to grow.
