Closest call I ever had was one night driving home from work in NE Minnesota. We were having kind of a long slow snowfall with the big flakes. I was driving a Ford Aerostar with the all wheel drive. I guess it was about midnight or so. I'm creeping along at about 35 mph when this doe comes walking into the road from the left side. I ease over a little bit, but don't want to slip off the road. As I go passed her, I am looking at her face staring into my window.
