Vinyl isn't final. I have vinyl on many rental houses and many small storage sheds, thinking I'll never have to paint them again. Stones from mowers, weed wackers, baseballs, golf balls, dogs did the most damage, hail, and the list of things that has damaged my siding goes on. Go to replace a small section and you find out just how much the sun has bleached it. Once a year I have to bleach all my vinyl siding, which takes about 8 days to do, because it grows green, brown, and black stuff, depending on the location on the house or shed.
