Need help with removing track and front idler wheel on my JCB mini digger. Bearing on idler gone bad and causing problem with the drive. I have slackend the track as much as I think it will go but doesnt seem to be enough to allow the track to come off. Do I now need to remove the rear drive sprocket, looks like its help with a number of machine screws. I dont have a workshop manual which isnt helping, any help or advice welcome. Thanks Bill
