I like how this stuff works. Can't have wind turbines cuz they make noise and they're "ugly", can't have oil wells cuz they pollute and destroy the view if they're off shore. Can't have coal cuz it pollutes and spoils the view. Can't have fracking cuz it might hurt the water and spoils the view. Can't have pipelines cuz they spoil the view and someone might get a job. Can't have nukes, God no!, because of Chernobyl and the Jane Fonda movie and they spoil the view. Can't have solar collectors in the desert because they cool the desert. Can;t have tidal gens or biomass because...well, you just can't, and they spoil the view.
Tell me folks, when it's 20 below and you're scrunched up in a cold, dark corner of your cold, dark condo just how much is that freakin' view gonna matter?
