We have them out the *** here in Texas, I was told by a guy that clears the land where they plan on erecting them that they pay the land owner $3,400 each quarter as long as they're online.. That said, there are 14,000 of them already abandoned and more are added to the list real often and left for the farmers and ranchers to deal with'em..

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
