7108 was the loader model number.... It would somewhat helpfull to know what tractor model number is on the hood... just for reference purposes. Beyond that I'd suggest you clean all of the battery and starter connections and wire brush them until they're bright and clean. Apply a bit of grease and reinstall. Make sure the battery cable clamps are tight... Then check and make sure that you've got ~12 V at the positive post on the starter and also see if you're getting 12V on the starter control wire from the key. If you aren't... check backwards to the ignition switch and through the safety start switch and find the open. If you are getting 12V on the control wire at the starter... take a good sized club and tap the starter motor and try again... Possible that the brushes are getting bad or stuck. Nippo's are not so cheap to replace... might want to take it to a starter shop and see about rebuilding.
