Happy holidays from the south I am currently feeding out three hogs for the freezer there all gilts I may keep one to breed I really haven"t been around hogs since high school and I"m really liking it I bought an old John Deere 14 hammermill with the pto and trailer option been grinding my corn have an endless supply of soybean meal for free but I have come up with some cheese scraps from a cheese plant I think I can get but I would probably have to take it all which might mean tons if this would be a good feed i might start finishing out a lot of hogs what are yalls thoughts on this I guess my next biggest obstacle would be selling Carolina Pride has a packing plant about an hour away I know they slaughter about 3500 a day but I haven"t talked to them also I would be raising them on dirt please share yours thoughts Thanks
