I gotta call BS on this, trains have a lot of momentum, so you'd have to grease about a half mile or more of track to get it to stall. Not to mention locomotives have sanders that can spray sand under the wheels to get traction on slippery rails. That would have to be quite a well equipped operation to transfer that much grain. And with it being such a low cost commodity I can't see any point in it. It would make more sense if they were stealing gas or deisel. But robbing containers with electronics is more likely.
