Dave, thanks for the thoughts. I did look at the D1005 spec drawing, unfortunately of course, none for the aged D750 online to compare, and I can measure only grossly in the machine. The 750 is tucked in with pretty much no room to spare end to end. I may well buy the thing regardless and take the chance. It is asking about 1/3 of what a head for the 750 will set me back, so pretty hard to pass up. I'm hoping Kubota never did anything bizzare like change rotation direction. Wish mostly if I could figure if crank flange is anywhere near the same, because flywheel is integrated pulley for the hydraulic pumps in the 443B, and I don't know if I'd have room to make an adapter if required.
