Im NOT any Wal Mart lover myself, but when on the road I do shop there as its so handy, decent prices, buy gas and use debit card for cash withdrawals (saves trips to banks) and even spend the night now n then while in transit safe n relatively secure in their parking lot.
I doubt their lawn mower battery warranty is much different, if any, then other suppliers but I dont have any research to prove that.
On all my years and farms and the truck and tractor business (bought a ton of batteries) I didnt see any huge difference in battery quality and longevity from Wal Mart or TSC or NAPA or Interstate Battery or Batteries Plus etc etc
