Never said that the setup was bad, just unusual for someone used to seeing animals at pasture... Couple folks made me the chosen one to get their shorts in a wad.... but they should be over it by now...There were several places with hogs and cattle in town when we first moved here and that is how they were kept. easy cleaning, etc. I felt a little bad about the confinement but when they don't know anything else, they aren't missing anything.... First time I can remember seeing a clean pig without it being at a fair also.... Plus side is they don't have to worry about frozen pipes in the barn.....
