I chipped my 02 Dodge. Didn't see any increase in fuel mileage at all. I use actual miles and fill to the brim each time so not much variation in fills to calculate. It definitely will give an increase in HP. Now the bad news. Jut got done replacing the injector pump on it. No warranty on the new unit if you chip it. Most of the rebuilder-resellers will tell you that the chips will knock the VP44 out sooner than later. Check out the diesel forums and it is discussed there also. I have since unhooked mine and I have more power and better mileage than I was getting when my old pump was giving out.
