Here's the lastest adventure . South wall is nothing but unstable soil.Gas line was trenched in when house built and it's all fill dirt, no virgin soil . Kept fighting cave ins so had to build wooden wall to hold soil back ,,back filled it . As fella told me ,"It don't take much to hold soil in place,,but lots to stop it once it moves. Mighta been that Billy guy ? lol Looking to set forms , pour footings and let block layers do their thing real soon .
