The best advice I ever got for cold feet was from my Brother in law that works for the Forestry Service and spends the winter outside in The Black Hills of South Dakota....... don't lace your boots up too tight. Sounds stupid but it's true, leave your laces loose and the blood will flow better.
I've also discovered if I wear real heavy socks, my feet will sweat and then get cold. I usually just wear my regular pair down to about zero, then a good boot sock when it gets below that. I usually wear rubber boots over my work shoes when I'm out in the winter, that works for me.
Neither of these tips will help you in bed, but it sure does outside.
