ljd; this is quite an interesting situation, i can't help but put in my two cents. don't know where this farm is located, as far as i know, in ca the only law enforcement officer who can come on your property without a warrant is a game warden, any other you can call the sheriff and have them removed. re; the rabid skunk, i think a person would have the right to protect himself and his property in a situation like that, if the skunk was not rabid then he had better possess a valid hunting license and not discharge a gun closer to a road than the law there allows. re; the guy's spelling and grammar, i don't know about you guys, but as for myself i am pretty sick of these as i call "perfect glitter teeth politicians " college educated, never really had to work an honest job in their lives and are totally bankrupt in the morals dept. the point i am trying to make is, you don't have to have perfect spelling and grammar to have morals, ethics, values and last but not least common sense. i think this man is trying to get his community to wake up to some things that are not right. i hope he has a sheriff in his county who believes in the constitution and takes his oath seriously to defend his citizens from gov't overreach or he is toast. just my humble opinion.
