Found also that landowners that can offer some security for equipment (parking beyond r/w on weekends) and are generally easy to work with can typically get some small "favors" done at little or no cost. I.E. stumps removed, extra approaches, and such. Had one farmer provide campsite for 2 workers and parking area for eqt. Get a 345 cat hoe in for several hours doing stump removal and burning.
