Firestone man accused of poisoning neighbors' dogs FIRESTONE, Colo. (AP) — A 72-year-old Firestone man accused of poisoning his neighbors' two dogs is free on bond.
Joseph Donald Losinski was arrested earlier this week on suspicion of two counts of felony aggravated animal cruelty. Police allege Losinski fed strychnine-laced meatballs to two dogs owned by his neighbors Travis and Tesla Dougherty. The couple found their dogs dead in August.
