Charles Emerson Winchester III (because though he is pretentious, he is very intelligent, funny and a man of his convictions -- versus Frank Burns who, though very patriotic in speaking, was rude, unfaithful to his wife, and would steal or would always take advantage of others and say very demeaning things to people)
