1. Go to Google and type in "user manual for Ford model xxxx 2. click on the link that shows you the manual you want. 3. Usually they are in a pdf (portable data file) format. 4. click the download button 5. After the download is complete... 6. click on your menu bar "File" 7. On the drop-down menu, select "Save File As" 8. Type your file name in the bar (such as "Ford Model xxx User Manual") 9. Select where you want to save it to [the default will save it to your "documents]. 10. Click the "Save" button... and that should do it.
