Scotch guard - you can go to the store and buy a couple of cans of scotch guard and do it yourself a lot cheaper.
Undercoating/rust protection - my thoughts this is not the 70's, if your in an area that uses salt, run throught the car wash on a regular basis - how many cars do you see rusted out as bad as you did in the 60s and 70s?
Paint protection - have not see a difference in cars that have it and those that donts
My credit union offered a better warranty agreement for less - shop around
Just my thoughts, others may have a different view from their experiences. For me the dealer is trying to recover on high profit items.
