Expect around 10mpg. My little 1500 extended cab 318 5 speed with 3:73 gears gets 17 highway If I baby it as much as possible, shift around 1700 rpm every time. Other then that they have just about as much torque as a stock cummins, and more horsepower. (stock cummins high output is 245 the v10 has 300hp) Torque 450 to 460 non high output cummins (505 high output).
