Could be but I just don't wanna believe it.... Coulda had constant hot water for the same price if not less by using the boiler (always shut it down in summer and switch to the on demand).....
We have 2 meters and get charger rates from 0600-2200 and 2200-0600...
Thing I don't understand but really like, is.... We have a slew of providers... If one raises it's prices we can switch to another at the 1st of the next month.... Readings still go to the same place and the same wires run in the house but rates can be drastically different...... Even advises folks on TV to watch rates and switch as often as you need to to save money....
And to really blow my little mind.... You have an option to select wind/solar power at a cheaper rate while you're neighbor 20 ft away is ruining the environment by using normal power that comes thru the same lines as yours.......
