No. I just realize in that paralized state of sleep now and then that I'm not breathing. Hasn't happened on my back in probably six months or more. There's 2 different kinds of sleep apnea. One is just physical obstruction like mine seems to be,the other is a problem in the brain. If I had the brain problem,I'd think it would happen a whole lot more often and wouldn't be dependant on how I was laying.
