Yes they did. The first Model A made in 1903 had them. Then came the Model C, a few more letter-cars, and on to the Model T, and the "new" second Model A. That second Model A has metal wheels.
First Model A was first sold in 1903-1904
Second Model A was sold 1928-1931
Model T - 1908-1927. It had steel spoked wheels in 1926 and 1927. Wood spoke military wheels before that.
