It is 10 years old. It can't do any work except haul people around and pull a trailer, not even a 5th wheel can be hooked to it. Whatever you give for it you will have to drive the value out because you likely will never be able to get much on a trade or outright sale. Offer 9,500 and see what happens.
7.3 is a good engine but repairs can hurt the pocket. Remember, someone traded it off for a reason.
