Some hardware stores, or auto supply storesthat carry truck and specialty hardware should be able to match them from stock. They're used on trucks, air compressers and water systems. Pretty common part. You may have some trouble coming up with an exact match- that long 'ear' isn't real common, but the part as a petcock is.
