Styled A's SN 488000 and up and the 60 all share the same headbolt pattern. As PJH mentioned, the frame has to be notched to fit the 60 head on an A SN 584000 and up.
After seeing PJH's photo last fall of a A with a 60 head, it got me thinking of putting one on my unstyled A/styled A hybrid I am working on. I have the head, carburetor and M&W 2 piece manifolds sitting in the garage. Problem is, if I wanted to pull it, someone would whine and cry that it has a 2bbl carburetor on it......so I guess I will go with "plan A" and put the ported Heisler and big 1bbl carb. on it instead.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
