A pickup drove in a while ago. Guy came to the door wanting to know if I could tow a semi with the tractor. It's warmed up again, snow's mostly gone,no frost to speak of so it's just mud. I asked him where? They're in a field that I seeded to alfalfa last year! The landlord died in August, had a bunch of semi trailers parked in back, his brother inherited all of it and they were in there trying to get one out. We didn't tear it up too bad. They had done more damage with a pickup and snowplow before I got there than we did getting in and out,but still not what you want to see in a hay field. On the bright side, the brother who inherited the place was there. It was the first time I'd met him. I asked him if I could cut my hay this year if he hadn't sold the place by then. He said go ahead. Made $50 that I wouldn't have had otherwise too,so six of one, half dozen of the other I guess.
