You were asking about a drum fish , they are simular to a carp as they are bottom feeders . We used to clean & pressure them up & make like a salmon patty out of them they weren t to bad. They had a deposit in ther head like a rock they had 2 they rubbed together to make a noise , I guess as deterrent. I sure had alot of fun asking teachers what they were.
