Worked with a guy a couple years ago that special ordered and waited almost 8 months on a new ford pickup to be delivered over here with a standard trans, manual locks/mirrors, window cranks, AM radio, and non tinted glass, and minus a couple other things. Paid more for it than he coulda walked over and bought an almost loaded one and drove it home just so he could bragg about how backward he was/is.......
