After reading JDs thread, it got me wondering, how many of us work on Sunday? When I was a kid 60 years ago Sunday was a day of rest. The only thing open was a gas station from 10 until 2. Their were four stations in town and they would take turns being open four hrs a month. You could get gas or a pop, candybar and that was it.Back then we had time for fishing, or a pic nic, or just sit on the porch and make ice cream. I do not know about all of you but if the weather allows its just another day in the week with me. But I swear this next year is going to be different if at all possible. I think it would do us all alot of good to relax and reflect on the past weeks work and most of all enjoy what we have been blessed with and if you are so inclined...give thanks.
